The Platform is currently operated as part of a project / testing phase, with free access (FREE offer) and usage limitations.
The creation of a corporate entity and paid offers will be reflected in an update of this legal notice and the applicable contractual documents (ToU, privacy policy, GTCS, etc.).
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content and elements making up the Platform (texts, interfaces, logos, graphics, software, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law and may not be reproduced, displayed, adapted, distributed, or exploited without prior authorization from the Publisher or the rights holder.
Trademarks, domain names, names, and distinctive signs related to the Platform are also protected.

10. Liability
The Publisher uses reasonable means to ensure access to and proper operation of the Platform, without guaranteeing continuous availability or the complete absence of errors.
The Publisher cannot be held liable for content published, shared, or transmitted by users, who remain solely responsible for their acts, statements, files, and data, in accordance with the ToU and applicable regulations.
